Beyond Borders Matchmaking, LLC provides international relationship consulting, introduction coordination, and communication support services.
Our services may include:

- Coordination of introductions between consenting adults
- Scheduling of video calls and in-person meetings
- Translation and communication assistance
- General relationship consulting
We do not act as a broker, agent, or representative of any individual participant.
3. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:
- Romantic relationships
- Compatibility between individuals
- Marriage or long-term success
Results vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and mutual interest between participants.
4. Mutual Participation
All introductions are based on mutual interest and voluntary participation. We do not guarantee that:
- Any individual will respond
- Any introduction will lead to communication
- Any meeting will occur
We do not sell or provide access to any individual.
5. No Immigration or Legal Services
Beyond Borders Matchmaking, LLC does not provide immigration, legal, or visa-related services. Any decisions related to travel, relocation, or immigration are the sole responsibility of the individuals involved.
6. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Conduct yourself respectfully and lawfully
- Take full responsibility for your interactions with other individuals
7. Screening and Verification Disclaimer
We may implement internal screening or verification processes; however:
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of any participant's information
- We are not responsible for the actions or representations of any individual
8. Payments and Refund Policy
All payments are final unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing. Services are considered rendered once any of the following occurs:
- Profile setup is completed
- Introductions are initiated
- Communication sessions are scheduled or conducted
No refunds will be issued based on subjective outcomes, including lack of compatibility or relationship success.
9. Subscription Terms (If Applicable)
Subscription services, if offered, may be canceled prospectively at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for prior billing periods.
10. Service Acknowledgment
By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge that:
- You are purchasing consulting and introduction services only
- You are not purchasing a guaranteed outcome or relationship
11. Limitation of Liability
Beyond Borders Matchmaking, LLC is not responsible for:
- The behavior, actions, or statements of any participant
- Any outcomes resulting from interactions between individuals
All interactions are conducted at your own discretion and risk.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
